Common questions

How do I sign in?

Digital Vaikuntha uses your phone number. Enter your number and we'll send a one-time password (OTP) to verify it. Enter the OTP to sign in. The code is valid for five minutes and can be used once.

I'm not receiving my OTP

• Check that your phone number was entered correctly, with the right country code.
• Ensure you have network signal and can receive SMS.
• Wait a few moments and tap Resend.
• If it still doesn't arrive, email us at visiblechain@songpoem.com.

We will never ask you for your OTP. Do not share it with anyone, including someone claiming to be from Digital Vaikuntha.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

You can manage notification permission in your device Settings, and toggle event and festival reminders from within the app. Notifications are optional.

How do I change the app language?

Digital Vaikuntha is available in English and Hindi. You can switch language from within the app.

How do I update my profile?

Open the Profile screen in the app to update your name, contact details, address and profile photo.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. See our account deletion page for full details, or email visiblechain@songpoem.com.
